Hi, i learned a lot like how mental health is something everyone deals with, and it’s important to notice how I’m feeling instead of ignoring it. I also learned some coping skill, like taking breaks, talking to someone I trust, and finding small things that help me calm down when I’m stressed. Thanks for making this i learned a lot and enjoyed understanding that there is something that i can do to help me when i am stressed.
